My contribution: I work with leadership and operational stakeholders to assess the options, challenge assumptions and turn the preferred model into practical responsibilities and transition decisions.

A grounded hybrid operating model and a clearer plan for service transition, accountability and day-to-day operation.
This outline excludes organisation names, locations, addresses, credentials, topology, internal hostnames and identifying system detail. The scope of my contribution is stated separately where delivery may involve a wider team or specialist partner.
